POP opened its doors on Dakota Avenue with one simple idea: why should a great coffee shop close at 2 PM and a great bar open at 5? We built a space that earns its keep through the whole day — where the barista knows your order and the bartender knows your name.

We're not a chain. We're not trying to be. We're just two floors of good intentions — one for the morning crowd that needs fuel, one for the evening crowd that needs a reason to stay. Same room. Different rhythm.
